Exchange Policy
You are eligible to exchange the product within 30 calendar days of receiving it if you encounter any of the following issues:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- The product was inaccurately described or does not match the item displayed on the Website that was purchased.
**Conditions for Exchange:**
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and in perfect condition as when you received it.
- The product must be returned with the original invoice.
- Customized products are not eligible for exchange or return, as they cannot be resold.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges or returns are not available for Slim cases if there is slight color variation.
- Please note that Slim cases are handmade, and the color may differ from the images shown.
